Welcome to the NEW USASF Member Management System!

This is a complete re-build of the previous system. We were able to migrate close to 90% of the existing profiles into the new system. Those members (program, coach, athlete) that had a UNIQUE EMAIL entered in their member information should have a smooth transition to the new system.

Member Login Page

ADD EMAIL TO YOUR CONTACT LIST To ensure you receive email notifications from the USASF, please add membership@usasfmembers.net to your contact/approval list.
   
SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE Any time you need assistance with the login process or using the new member management system, we are a click away! Simply select the CHAT button on any of the system pages OR email support@usasf.net
   
USERNAMES & PASSWORDS For security purposes, usernames and passwords were not transferred to the new member management system. Be sure to clear any saved or cached usernames and passwords from your computer and internet browser.

In the new system, the user structure utilizes the EMAIL of the member as their login ID/username.

When you go to the login screen:

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Click FORGOT PASSWORD
  3. Follow the instruction to reset your password
First time users will need to recover their password:
  1. Click on FORGOT PASSWORD
  2. Submit your email address and follow the instructions in the reset password email from membership@usasf.net
  3. If your email is not recognized, please email support@usasf.net for assistance BEFORE you create a new account. If you were an active coach last season and you create a new account, your history may not be linked to the new account.
   
ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Once you have logged in:
REVIEW & UPDATE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION

  1. If you get a RED ERROR box stating you need to CONFIRM your account, follow the link provided, review and edit your information, and click save.
  2. If an error message does not appear and this is your first time logging in, click MY PROFILE and select MY ACCOUNT. Then click on EDIT and review and update your personal information, click on save.
  3. If a field is READ ONLY and you are unable to edit it, send an email to SUPPORT@usasf.net for assistance.

RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP

  1. Click on MY PROFILE and select MEMBERSHIP and click RENEW MEMBERSHIP.

CHECK YOUR BACKGROUND SCREENING STATUS

  1. Click on MY PROFILE and select DASHBOARD
  2. If your profile does not show a GREEN LIGHT or PENDING click on START BACKGROUND CHECK
